Removal Procedure
  1. Turn OFF the headlamp switch.

    2. Object Number: 214297 Size: SH
  2. Remove the 4 headlamp bezel screws.

    3. Object Number: 214302 Size: SH
  3. Remove the 4 headlamp ring screws.
  4. Remove the headlamp ring.
  5. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 214302 Size: SH
  1. Connect the headlamp electrical connector.
  2. Install the headlamp into the headlamp mounting ring.
  3. Install the headlamp ring with the 4 headlamp ring screws.

    4. Object Number: 214297 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the headlamp bezel with the screws.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (17 lb in).
