Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 934038  Size: SH
  1. Remove the nuts and the bolts retaining the stabilizer shaft links to the shaft link bracket.
  2. Remove the nuts and the bolts retaining the stabilizer shaft links to the stabilizer shaft.
  3. Remove the stabilizer shaft link from the stabilizer shaft .

  5. Remove the stabilizer shaft link bracket to frame bolts and nuts.
  6. Remove the stabilizer shaft link bracket.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 934042  Size: SH
  1. Install the stabilizer shaft link brackets to the frame.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the nuts and the washers retaining the stabilizer shaft link brackets to the frame.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  5. Install the stabilizer shaft links.
  6. Install the nuts and bolts retaining the links to the bracket and stabilizer bar.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts and bolts to 270 N·m (199 lb ft).
