Removal Procedure
  1. Bleed all air pressure from the system.

    2. Object Number: 199840 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screw securing the clip and air line to the transmission bracket.
  3. Remove the air line from the adapter on the transmission.
  4. Remove the air line from the connector on the frame rail.

    5. Object Number: 199859 Size: SH
  5. Remove the 6 straps securing the air line to the frame rail brackets and wiring harness.
  6. Remove the air line from the air tee valve.
  7. Remove the air line from the elbow on the air reservoir.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 199859 Size: SH

    Important: Inspect the air line fittings for damage prior to installation.

  1. Install the air line from the air tee valve.
  2. Install the air line to the adapter on the frame rail.
  3. Install the 6 straps securing the air line to the frame rail brackets and wiring harness.

    4. Object Number: 199840 Size: SH
  4. Install the air line from the connector in the frame rail.
  5. Install the air line from the adapter on the transmission.
  6. Install the screw securing the clip and air line to the transmission bracket.
