Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2007 🢒 Isuzu MD F-Series 🢒 Steering 🢒 Power Steering 🢒 Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Siphon the power steering fluid from the reservoir.

    2. Object Number: 826197 Size: MH
  2. Disconnect the hose from the pump. Refer to Power Steering Hose Quick Connect Fitting .

    3. Object Number: 927127 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the reservoir outlet hose (2) from the reservoir.

    4. Object Number: 927221 Size: SH
  4. Remove the outlet hose bolt and nut from the engine bracket.
  5. Remove the hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 927221 Size: SH
  1. Install the outlet hose to the engine brackets.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the outlet hose to engine bracket bolt and nut.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt and nut to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the hose (2) to the power steering reservoir.
  4. Install the hose clamp in position at the end of the hose.

    5. Object Number: 826197 Size: MH
  5. Install the hose to the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  6. Fill the power steering reservoir with fluid. Refer to Checking and Adding Power Steering Fluid .
  7. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
