Removal Procedure
  1. Tilt the cab. Refer to Cab Tilting .
  2. Raise and support the engine in order to remove the weight from the mounts.

    3. Object Number: 1365965 Size: SH
  3. Remove the rear engine mount bracket to engine mount bolt and nut.
  4. Lift the engine to remove engine mount bracket bolts.

    5. Object Number: 1365951 Size: SH
  5. Remove the rear engine mount bracket to engine bolts.
  6. Remove the rear engine mount bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1365951 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear engine mount bracket.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the rear engine mount bracket to engine bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 76 N·m (57 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1365965 Size: SH
  3. Lower the engine to install the engine mount bracket to engine mount .
  4. Install the rear engine mount bracket to engine mount bolt and nut.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt and nut to 195 N·m (144 lb ft).

  5. Lower the cab. Refer to Cab Tilting .
  6. Lower the engine and remove the supports used to remove the weight from the mounts.
