  1. Turn the hazard switch to the ON position.
  2. Disconnect the harness connector from the hazard flasher.
  3. Connect a J 39200 between terminal 8 and ground.
  4. Connect a J 39200 between terminal 7 and ground.

Does the DMM indicate continuity for both checks?
