DEFINITION: The hazard lamps function properly but the turn signal lamps are inoperative

1. Disconnect the harness connector from the turn and hazard flasher.
2. Place the turn signal switch in the left turn position.
3. Connect a J 39200 between terminal 7 of the turn and hazard flasher module and the chassis ground.

Does the DMM indicate continuity?

Go to Step 2

Go to Step 3

Replace the turn and hazard flasher.

Is the repair complete?

System OK
