For 1990-2009 cars only
- Install NEW keys in the countershaft when installing the gear.
- Install the following gears on the countershaft using a hydraulic press:
- Install a NEW retaining ring on the front of the countershaft.
- Install the countershaft front bearing race using a brass drift and hammer.
