Removal Procedure
  1. Position the front wheels and the steering wheel straight ahead.
  2. Tilt the cab. Refer to Cab Tilting in General Information.

    3. Object Number: 227948 Size: LH
  3. Place a container under the power steering gear in order to catch the fluid.
  4. Remove the following components from the steering gear:
    5. 4.1. The pressure relief valve (7)
    4.2. The O-ring (6)

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 227948 Size: LH
  1. Install the following components into the steering gear:
    2. 1.1. The O-ring (6)
    1.2. The pressure relief valve (7)
  2. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
  3. Lower the cab.
