Air Distributor Duct Replacement Lower

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the brake pedal. Refer to Brake Pedal Replacement in Hydraulic Brakes.
  3. Remove the steering column support. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  4. Remove the air distributor duct lower bracket nut (1).
  5. Remove the air distributor lower duct screw (2).
  6. Remove the air distributor duct lower fasteners.
  7. Disconnect the wiring harness fastener.

  8. Object Number: 624410  Size: SH
  9. Remove the air distributor duct lower.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 624410  Size: SH
  1. Install the air distributor lower duct.
  2. Connect the wiring harness fastener.
  3. Install the air distributor lower duct fasteners.
  4. Install the air distributor lower duct screw (2).
  5. Install the air distributor duct lower bracket nut (1).
  6. Install the steering column support. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  7. Install the brake pedal. Refer to Brake Pedal Replacement in Hydraulic Brakes.
  8. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

Air Distributor Duct Replacement Upper

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the air distributor upper duct screws.

  3. Object Number: 588995  Size: SH
  4. Remove the air distributor upper duct.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 588995  Size: SH
  1. Install the air distributor upper duct.
  2. Install the air distributor duct upper screws.
  3. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
