Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the harness connectors.
  2. Remove the front side panels.
  3. Clean dirt from the area and mark the location of the existing hinges on the hinge pillar and the door with a grease pencil.

    4. Object Number: 214741 Size: SH
  4. Support the door, or with the aid of an assistant, remove the bolts from the hinges.
  5. Remove the door from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 214741 Size: SH
  1. With the aid of an assistant, install the door to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the bolts to the hinges.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 23 N·m (12 lb ft).

  3. Install the front side panels.
  4. Connect the harness connectors.
