DEFINITION: Neither the Voltmeter nor the Battery Indicating Lamp operate when the Ignition Switch is in the Run position.

1. Remove GAUGES Fuse 4 from the I/P Fuse Block.
2. Test the fuse for continuity.

Is GAUGES Fuse 4 OK?

1. Locate and repair the short to ground on the PNK (39) wire from the I/P Fuse Block.
2. Install a replacement fuse for GAUGES Fuse 4 in the I/P Fuse Block.

Are the repairs complete?

1. Locate and repair the open circuit in the PNK (39) wire between the I/P Fuse Block and Splice S213.
2. Install GAUGES Fuse 4 in the I/P Fuse Block.
