DEFINITION: Neither the power windows nor the blower motor operate. However, the Radio does operate.

1. Disconnect In-Line Connector C211 at the Steering Column.
2. Remove BRAKE Fuse 12 from the I/P Fuse Block.
3. Connect a self-powered test lamp between I/P Fuse Block Cavity M6 and In-Line Connector C211 Pin C6 for the ORN (300) wire.

Does the test lamp light?

1. Locate and repair the open circuit in the ORN (300) wire between In-Line Connector C211 and Splice S204.
2. Reconnect In-Line Connector C211.
3. Install BRAKE Fuse 12 in the I/P Fuse Block.

Are the repairs complete?

1. Replace the Ignition Switch.
2. Install BRAKE Fuse 12 in the I/P Fuse Block.
