DEFINITION: Neither the Windshield Wipers nor the Radio operate with the Ignition Switch in the Accessory position. However, the Blower Motor does operate.

1. Disconnect In-Line Connector C211 at the Steering Column.
2. Remove WIPER Fuse 17 from the I/P Fuse Block.
3. Connect a self-powered test lamp between In-Line Connector C211 Pin D6 and I/P Fuse Block Cavity K4 for the BRN (4) wire.

Does the test lamp light?

1. Locate and repair the open in the BRN (4) wire between the Steering Column and the I/P Fuse Block. Reconnect In-Line Connector C211.
2. Install WIPER Fuse 17 in the I/P Fuse Block.

Are the repairs complete?

1. Replace the Ignition Switch.
2. Reconnect In-Line Connector C211.
3. Install WIPER Fuse 17 in the I/P Fuse Block.
