Removal Procedure
  1. Relieve the fuel pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief

    2. Object Number: 63353 Size: SH
  2. Remove the fuel filter quick-connect fitting. Refer to Servicing Quick Connect Fittings (Metal Collar) .
  3. Remove the fuel filter nut.

    4. Object Number: 17412 Size: SH
  4. Remove the clamp bolt.
  5. Remove the filter and the clamp from the fuel lines.

    6. Object Number: 17413 Size: SH
  6. Remove the clamp from the filter.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 17413 Size: SH
  1. Install the clamp to filter.

    2. Object Number: 17412 Size: SH
  2. Install the filter and clamp to fuel lines.
  3. Install the clamp bolt.

    4. Object Number: 63353 Size: SH
  4. Install the fuel filter nut.
  5. Install the fuel filter quick-connect fitting. Refer toServicing Quick Connect Fittings (Metal Collar) .
  6. Install the fuel filler cap.
  7. Check for leaks.
