Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the coolant from the radiator. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .

    2. Object Number: 3428 Size: SH
  2. Remove the radiator drain cock.

    3. Object Number: 3342 Size: SH
  3. Remove the seal.

    4. Object Number: 3343 Size: SH
  4. Remove the drain cock body.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 3343 Size: SH
  1. Install the drain cock body.

    2. Object Number: 3342 Size: SH
  2. Install the seal.

    3. Object Number: 3428 Size: SH
  3. Install the drain cock.
  4. Fill the radiator with the specified coolant and concentration. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  5. Inspect the coolant system for leaks. Refer to Cooling System Leak Testing .
