DEFINITION: When accelerating the vehicle at low speed a shudder occurs.

Bolts are loose or missing at the flanges.

Replace or tighten the bolts to the specified value. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .

The joint angle is excessive or incorrectly set.

Shim under the transmission support mount in order to change the joint angle. Shim the axle pinion down.

The universal joint is worn.

Replace the universal joint. Refer to Double Cardan Universal Joints Replacement .
