RDO BATT Fuse 19 and CKT 340 (ORN) provide voltage to the radio at all times. CKT 340 provides voltage for the following items:

  1. The clock memory
  2. The radio station memory storage

Turn the ignition switch to ACC or RUN in order to begin supplying voltage to the radio through the RDO IGN Fuse 24 and from CKT 1301 (DK GRN). The CKT 1050 (BLK) provides the ground path to grounds G203/204.

Radio display illumination voltage is variable when the headlamp switch is in the PARK or the HEAD position via the following components:

    • The instrument panel dimmer switch
    • The ILLUM Fuse 12
    • The CKT 1220 (GRY)

The current return path is provided by the CKT 1050 (BLK) to grounds G203/204.
