Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 1999 🢒 S/T Isuzu - 2WD 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Body Front End 🢒 Headlamp and Front End Fascia Mount Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement in Exterior Trim.
  2. Remove the headlamp assemblies. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.

    3. Object Number: 302963 Size: SH
  3. Remove the retainers from the two outboard fascia supports.
  4. Remove the screws that secure the bottom of the fascia to the two center supports.
  5. Release the slots along the top edge of the fascia from the tabs in the bumper bar.
  6. Remove the fascia from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 302963 Size: SH
  1. Install the fascia to the vehicle.
  2. Engage the slots along the top edge of the fascia to the tabs in the bumper bar.

    3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the screws that secure the bottom of the fascia to the two center supports.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the headlamp assemblies. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  5. Install the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement in Exterior Trim.
