Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 313447 Size: SH
  1. Push up on the J-spring in order to release the storage compartment door.
  2. Firmly pull rearward to release the air inlet actuator locking tab.

    3. Important: The air inlet valve lever is behind the air distribution duct.

  3. Remove the actuator rod from the air inlet valve lever by pushing the actuator up and to the left.
  4. Disconnect the vacuum connector from the air inlet actuator.

Installation Procedure
  1. Connect the vacuum connector to the air inlet actuator.

    2. Important: The air inlet valve lever is behind the air distribution duct.

  2. Install the actuator rod to the air inlet valve lever by placing the hole in the actuator rod over the hook on the air inlet valve lever.
  3. Align the air inlet actuator with the air inlet valve assembly and firmly push forward to engage the air inlet actuator locking tab.

  4. Push up on the J-spring in order to return the storage compartment door to the normal position.
