Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 627894 Size: SH
  1. Recover the refrigerant from the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Disconnect the pressure cycling switch connector.
  3. Remove the pressure cycling switch (5) from the accumulator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 627894 Size: SH
  1. Install the pressure cycling switch (5) to the accumulator.
  2. Connect the pressure cycling switch connector.
  3. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  4. Ensure that no leaks exist in the A/C system. Refer to Leak Testing .
