Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 590296 Size: SH
  1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
  2. Remove the heater hoses. Refer to Heater Hoses Replacement .
  3. Remove the clamps and the heater hoses from the heater water flow control/bypass valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 590296 Size: SH
  1. Install the heater hoses and clamps on the heater water flow control/bypass valve.
  2. Install the heater hoses. Refer to Heater Hoses Replacement .
  3. Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
