Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 604614 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Disconnect the orange vacuum hose from the air inlet actuator.
  3. Remove the air inlet actuator.
    4. 3.1. Lift the actuator lock tab.
    3.2. Slide off the actuator.

  4. Remove the actuator linkage from the air inlet valve.

    5. Turn the linkage to remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 477128 Size: SH
  1. Install the actuator linkage to the air inlet valve.

    2. Turn the linkage to install.

  2. Slide the air inlet actuator on to the mounting bracket until the tab locks.
  3. Connect the orange vacuum hose to the air inlet actuator.
  4. Install the instrument panel (IP) carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
