Did you perform the Lighting Systems Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Step 2

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Lighting Systems

1. Turn ON the ignition.
2. Turn ON the fog lamp switch.
3. Measure the voltage from the fog lamp feed circuit at the fog lamp connector to ground.

Is the voltage with in the specified range?

B+

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 6

Measure voltage from the fog lamp feed circuit to the fog lamp ground circuit at the fog lamp connector.

Is the voltage with in the specified range?

B+

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Replace the fog lamp bulb. Refer to Fog Lamp Bulb Replacement.

Is the repair complete?

System OK

--

Repair the high resistance or open in the fog lamp ground circuit. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

--

System OK

--

Measure the voltage from the fog lamp feed circuit at the underhood fuse block to ground.

Is the voltage with in the specified range?

B+

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 8

Repair open in the fog lamp feed circuit between the underhood fuse block and the suspect fog lamp bulb connector. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

System OK

--

Replace the underhood fuse block. Refer to Underhood Fuse Block Replacement in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

--

System OK
