Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side Oldsmobile

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) outer air outlet using a small flat-bladed tool.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) from the switches.



3. Remove the fog lamp switch (1).
4. Remove the IP lamp dimmer switch (2).

1. Install the IP lamp dimmer switch (2).
2. Install the fog lamp switch (1).



3. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the switches.
4. Install the IP outer air outlet. Press the outlet into place until fully seated.

Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side Pontiac

1. With a suitable tool release the retaining tabs through the vanes of the HVAC air outlet deflector.



2. Pull the air deflector outlet out of the upper trim pad.

1. Align the air deflector outlet to the opening in the upper trim pad.



2. Push the air deflector outlet into the upper trim pad until retaining tabs are engaged.
