    Important: Do not reuse the intake manifold-to-cylinder head sealing gaskets.

  1. Remove and discard the intake manifold-to-cylinder head gaskets.

    2. Object Number: 682823 Size: SH
  2. Remove the pressure relief valve bolts.
  3. Remove the pressure relief valve.

    4. Object Number: 522675 Size: SH
  4. Remove the vacuum cap.
