Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the center instrument panel (I/P) trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 443866 Size: SH
  2. Pinch the tabs on the HVAC control module and pull rearward on the HVAC control module to remove from the I/P.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 497543 Size: SH

    Important: The ignition must be in the OFF position when connecting the HVAC control module to ensure proper actuator calibration.

  1. Install the HVAC control module into the instrument panel ensuring the tabs are seated into the I/P.
  2. Install the center I/P trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
