Caution: Refer to Brake Dust Caution in the Preface section.

1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
3. Remove the front hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement in Front Suspension.
4. Remove the retaining bolts for the splash shield.
5. Remove the splash shield.

1. Install the splash shield.
2. Install the splash shield retaining bolts, same as wheel hub and bearing.
3. Install the front hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement in Front Suspension.
4. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
5. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
