The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.

Condition/Concern:

SES light due to a P0455 DTC.

Recommendation/Instructions:

If the SI diagnostics do not isolate a concern and the EVAP system is operating as designed, inspect the vent valve control circuit terminal (C2-17) at the PCM for an intermittent poor connection.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
