SERVICE MANUAL UPDATE SEC. 3A6 (REVISED WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPEC)

SUBJECT: WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS - CAMBER SPECS CHANGED

MODELS/YEARS: 1991-92 CUSTOM CRUISER

Following are changes to specifications listed on page 3A-6 in the 1991 and 1992 Custom Cruiser Service Manuals. Vehicles are not to be realigned because of this change only. If an alignment is required due to a customer comment, then use the specifications below.

Note: Alignment settings on new vehicles may change during the first 500 miles of use due to suspension "settling." Alignment adjustments should be made only after this break-in period.

General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
