1983 LABOR TIME GUIDE REVISION-MICROFICHE

MODELS/YEARS ALL 1983 MODELS

The final revision of the 1983 Labor Time Guide microfiche has been mailed. This microfiche revision contains all new and/or updated operations and times up to July 15, 1983, and it supercedes the May 1983 released microfiche.

For those dealers using a Labor Time Guide in printed format, revision materials are being furnished by Lansing Lithographers, Inc.

The following changes have been made which do not appear in the recently released 1983 Labor Time Guides.

J1045 Shaft, oil pump drive extension - replace in the V-6 Diesel Engine Section (Codes t,V) is .4 of an hour on "A" and "G" series only.

J6363 Module, P/S Pressure Idle Speed - Replace applies to 1982 and 1983 "J" series and is .3 of an hour.

N6170 cruise control wiring harness - repair applies to all series for 1982 and 1983 nad is .5 of an hour.

It has been called to our attention that the "B" series in some cases may come equipped with a 200 C THM transmission. The time allowances shown for the "G" series in the 1983 Labor Time Guide microfiche also apply to the "B" series.

The following V-8 diesel engine time allowances, recelty revised in the August 1983 Labor time Guide microfiche, also apply to 1982 models:
