DELETION 3-4 ACCUM. SPRINGS NOT USED-2004R MODEL

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais Equipped With Hurst/Olds Option (W40)

The 1984 OZ model 200-4R transmission used only in the Hurst/Olds does not use a 3-4 accumulator spring. Please correct your 1984 Cutlass Supreme Chassis Service Manual on page 200-4R-11, Fig. 200-4R-17 to indicate the spring is not used on the 1984 OZ model.
