CONDITION: SOME 1988-90 W-CARS ASSEMBLED PRIOR TO VIN BREAKPOINTS INDICATED BELOW MAY EXHIBIT A SQUAWKING NOISE FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AT LOW AMBIENT TEMPERATURES AND NORMAL VEHICLE OPERATION.

CAUSE: MAY BE CAUSED BY THE FRONT STABILIZER BAR ROTATING IN THE LOWER CONTROL ARM STABILIZER BAR INSULATORS.
CORRECTION: REPLACE EXISTING LOWER CONTROL ARM STABILIZER BAR INSULATORS WITH NEW HIGH COMPRESSION INSULATORS P/N 10152155 (2 REQUIRED) FOLLOWING APPLICABLE SHOP MANUAL PROCEDURE.
