Brake Hose Inspection for Oldsmobile Intrigue 1998

The flexible hydraulic brake hoses transmit hydraulic pressure from the steel brake pipes on the body to the calipers. Inspect the hoses at least twice a year.

Inspect the brake hoses for the following conditions:

•	Road hazard damage

Use a light and a mirror for an adequate inspection. Replace any hoses with any of the above conditions.
