The throttle body coolant system uses to main the proper operating temperature of the under various ambient conditions. The heated throttle body enhances driveability and emissions system operation. Engine coolant flows out of the water crossover, at the back of the cylinder heads, through the throttle body heater inlet hose to the throttle body. From the throttle body the coolant then flows the surge tank inlet hoses and pipe and then flows into the surge tank.
