Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position.

The following components are all on:

    • Rear Side Marker
    • Rear park
    • License
    • Tail
    • Front side marker
    • Front park lamps
    •  Park Lamps Inoperative

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  2. Operate the turn signal switch to the left or the right position.

The turn signal lamps and cornering flash continuously on and off.

Turn the turn signal switch to the OFF position.

The turn signal and cornering lamps are off.

Cornering Lamps Always On

  1. Turn the Ignition to the OFF position.
  2. Turn the hazard switch to the ON position.
    • The front and rear turn signal lamps flash continuously from minimum intensity to maximum intensity.
    • The front marker lamps flash continuously from off to on.

  1. Turn the hazard switch to the OFF position.
  2. Depress the brake pedal.

The following components are on:

    • Side marker
    • Park
    • License plate lamps

The following components are on at maximum:

    • Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL)
    • Tail lamps

Stop Lamps Inoperative

Release the brake pedal.

    • The tail lamps go to low intensity.
    • The Center High Mounted Stop Lamp turns off.

Stop Lamps Always On

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  2. Release the parking brake.

The Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) turns on.

    • Daylight -- the front turn signal lamps are on (non-flashing).
    • Low light -- the front turn signal lamps are off, the low beam headlamps and the park lamps are on.

  1. Set the park brake.
  2. Turn the ignition to the RUN position.

The Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) are off.
