Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 292975 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the IAT sensor electrical connector (2).
  2. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 293431 Size: SH
  3. Release the retaining clips on the air cleaner housing cover .
  4. Remove the housing cover and remove the air cleaner element.
  5. Inspect the housing cover, the seal assembly, and the air cleaner duct for damage. If a problem is found, replace as necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 293431 Size: SH
  1. Carefully install the air cleaner element into the air cleaner assembly.
  2. Install the housing cover and fasten the housing cover retaining clips.
  3. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 292975 Size: SH
  4. Connect the IAT sensor electrical connector (2).
