Makes 🢒 Oldsmobile 🢒 1998 🢒 LSS 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Doors 🢒 Rear Side Door Window Adjustment
  1. Ensure that the window is in the full up position.
  2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Loosen the front run channel fasteners.
  5. Loosen the fasteners that retain the window to the module sash.
  6. Power the glass down 9 cm (3 in).
  7. Slide the glass forward in the sash slots.
  8. Power the glass up.
  9. Carefully pry the glass up with a large flat-bladed tool.
  10. Tighten the fasteners that retain the window to the module sash.
  11. Tighten the front run channel fasteners.
  12. Cycle the window up and down in order to inspect the operation.
  13. Install the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  14. Install the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
