Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 318212 Size: SH
  1. Lift the IP upper trim in order to release the retaining clips at the rear edge.
  2. Refer to Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) Sensor in order to remove the following components:
    3. • The security system lamp
    • The daytime running lamp sensor
  3. Remove the IP upper trim from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure
  1. Refer to Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) Sensor in order to install the following components:
    2. • The security system lamp
    • The daytime running lamp sensor

  2. Slide the edge of the IP upper trim into the retainers on the front of the instrument panel.
  3. Position the locator tabs on the IP upper trim to the instrument panel.
  4. Align the retaining clips with the slots.
  5. Push the IP upper trim into the instrument panel until the trim is secure.
