For 1990-2009 cars only
The mechanical components of the door are lubricated during assembly. Use the following lubricants of additional lubrication is required:
| • | Use a multipurpose lubricant, Super-Lube® GM P/N 12346241 or equivalent, for door lock cylinders. |
| • | Use Lubriplate Spray-Lube® A GM P/N 1052196 or equivalent for any other door hardware mechanisms other than locks. |
