Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the headliner trim finish molding. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the sliding door upper roller bracket. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 320000 Size: SH
  3. Remove the sliding door upper track screws.
  4. Remove the sliding door upper track from the roof.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 320000 Size: SH
  1. Install the sliding door upper track to the roof.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the sliding door upper track screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the sliding door upper track screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Replacement .
  4. Install the headliner trim finish molding. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
