Condition
Some customers may comment that the glove box door will not latch.
Cause
The glove box latch may have accidently been tripped to the closed position causing the striker to bend downward upon closing. Refer to the illustration above.
Correction
Adjust the striker by bending it back into place as seen in the illustration above.
Important: Please make sure the customer is aware of the cause so that a repeat occurrence will not happen.
