The Electronic Digital Instrument Panel Cluster is warranted under the New Vehicle Warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
If a malfunctioning cluster is encountered, the following procedure has been established for obtaining replacement parts. It will be necessary to contact one of the following authorized AC-Delco Service Centers to obtain a replacement unit.

Instrument clusters will be shipped to the dealership prepaid via AIR within 24 hours. Dealers will be billed for the unit until the service center receives the malfunctioning unit.
Dealers are to return the malfunctioning cluster prepaid via UPS in the original reusable container to avoid damage. Any unit that is stolen or damaged by accident is to be replaced through normal WDDGM parts ordering procedures
Dealers are to fill in the red shaded areas of the AC-Delco warranty claim form (ACD-1078) and forward all copies with the unit to the repair center. The dealer copy of the form will be returned when repairs are completed. An additional 0.2 hour administrative allowance will be paid when units are repaired under warranty. This additional time should be added to the published time allowance in the Labor Time Guide and entered in the "Labor Hours" column of the Oldsmobile Warranty Claim form.
The dealer is to submit an Oldsmobile Warranty Claim for the R & R of the unit and freight charges. The dealer copy of the form ACD-1078 and the freight receipt or shipping invoice are to be attached to the repair order scrapping copy, which is attached to the scrapping copy of the Oldsmobile Warranty Claim.
