DW-110-060 Engine Assembly Support Fixture

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1765828 Size: SH

    Important: Only lift the engine far enough to take the weight off the transaxle front mount assembly.

  1. Support the engine assembly using DW-110-060 .

    2. Object Number: 1765834 Size: SH
  2. Remove the transaxle front mount-to-transaxle through bolt and nut.
  3. Remove the transaxle front mount retaining bolts from the transaxle.
  4. Remove the transaxle front mount assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1765834 Size: SH

    Important: Before tightening the transaxle front mount through bolt and nut, swing the engine assembly backwards and forwards or from the side to side for the proper alignment.

  1. Install the transaxle front mount assembly.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the transaxle front mount retaining bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  2. Install the transaxle front mount through bolt and nut.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the transaxle front mount-to-transaxle through bolt and nut to 90 N·m (66 lb ft).
