Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine dress cover. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement.
  3. Drain the engine oil by removing the engine oil drain plug.
  4. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the engine oil pressure sensor.

    5. Object Number: 1804751 Size: SH
  5. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1804751 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil pressure sensor and tighten to 13 N·m (115 lb in).
  2. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor connector.
