Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the seat back recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement .
3. Remove the seat back recliner cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Recliner Outer Trim Panel Replacement .

Seat Cushion Frame Bolt (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tip
Fold the seat back forward to access the bolts.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)

Seat Outer Adjuster Assembly

Seat Adjuster Handle Assembly

Refer to Two-Way Manual Seat Adjuster Handle Replacement .

Seat Adjuster Retaining Spring

Seat Belt Buckle Bolt

Tighten
45 N·m (33 lb ft)

Seat Belt Buckle Assembly

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Seat Cushion Frame Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)

Seat Inner Adjuster Assembly

Procedure

Pull up on the adjuster handle and synchronize both the inner and outer adjuster assembly into the same position.
