Remove the front seat. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement .

Seat Back Recliner Release Trigger

Procedure

Pull to remove the plastic trigger cap.

Seat Back Recliner Release Escutcheon

Procedure

Unzip the seat back cushion cover and press the tabs inward on the escutcheon to release.

Seat Back Cushion Cover

Procedure

1. Completely unzip the seat back cushion cover.
2. Disconnect the J-channel at the bottom of the seat back cushion cover.
3. Pull the seat back cushion cover and pad off the seat frame as an assembly.

Seat Back Cushion Cover Pad

Tip
The pad is secured to the cushion cover with hook and loop fasteners. Pull apart to remove.
