  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove the air inlet grille. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .

A/C Condenser Tube Assembly Nut

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Sealing Washer

Procedure

Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .

A/C Compressor and Condenser Hose Assembly Nut

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Sealing Washer

Procedure

Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .

A/C Evaporator Hose Assembly Clip Nut (Qty: 2)

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

A/C Evaporator Hose Assembly Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tighten
16 N·m (12 lb ft)

Sealing Washer

Procedure

Remove and discard sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

A/C Evaporator Hose Assembly Bolt.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Sealing Washer (Qty 2).

Procedure

Remove and discard the sealing washer. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .
