Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Link.
1	Camshaft Position Sensor Fastener Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 15 N·m (11 lb ft)
2	Camshaft Position Sensor Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector.

Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
Remove the engine cover. Refer to Link.

Camshaft Position Sensor Fastener

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
15 N·m (11 lb ft)

Camshaft Position Sensor

Disconnect the electrical connector.
