Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement.
2. Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement.
3. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.

Engine Oil Cooler Connector (Qty: 2)

Procedure

Remove the oil cooler coolant inlet hose with the connectors.

Procedure

1. Remove the oil cooler coolant outlet hose with the connectors.
2. After installation, fill the coolant reservoir to the fill level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
3. Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
